CSR & SOCIAL
IMPACT

Give back where your staff actually live.

Invest in the next generation while delivering measurable value for your organisation.

HOW

We work with Industry partners

We put your brand on a student-built race kart, in a school in your region, in front of the young people you'll want to hire in three years.

CSR

Connect with schools in your area and change what those students think is possible.

 TALENT

Meet the engineers, innovators and designers of the next decade while they're still in Year 9.

Cadent Gas wanted more young women in STEM. One year in, and a young girl they supported went from struggling in school to an F1 Team placement.

WHO

Supports STEM On Track?

Our partner network is made up of incredible organisations who believe in access, opportunity, and real-world learning. Whether supporting schools directly, partnering on programmes, or exhibiting at our events, they help bring STEM On Track to life.

These lot

are boss.

CSR

You can count on

We deliver high social return on investment, CSR where it’s needed most.

Our Partnerships focus on working with Alternative Provision settings, Special Educational Needs (SEN) schools, and communities with high levels of deprivation, students who are too often excluded from traditional STEM pathways.

These young people have enormous potential, but limited access.
Given the right tools, time, and belief, they rise.

Our partners help make that access possible. In doing so, they help change the trajectory of young lives, uncover diverse talent, and play a real role in closing the STEM skills gap.

All while building credible ESG and  Social Value  outcomes..

... and yes, capturing some excellent photo ops along the way 👌

What's Available:

  • Annual social impact report, written for your board and usable by your bid team

  • Live dashboard tracking student progress, engagement and volunteering hours

  • Social value figures calculated against a documented methodology, not a rounded guess

  • Volunteering hours logged per employee, not estimated

  • Employer engagement evidence your partner school can use for Gatsby Benchmark reporting

Be first off the line for the next generation of...

TALENT

By graduate level the decision is already made. Most young people rule engineering out somewhere around Year 8 or 9, usually because nobody in their world does it and Maths still feels like something that happens on paper.

That's the moment worth showing up for.

You get to know a team of students over a full year. In a workshop, with tools, solving real problems and getting things wrong in front of you. That tells you more about someone than any application form will.

We run from Scotland to the Channel Islands, so wherever your sites are, there's a school we can put you next to. Not a careers fair three hours away. A school your staff drive past everyday or even where their kids attend.

Women make up just 17% of those in engineering and tech roles, compared to 56% in other roles. If your diversity targets are going to move, they move here, four or five years before a CV lands on your desk.

What's Available:

  • A full year with one team of students in your region

  • Employees mentoring and running build sessions

  • Student site visits and workplace experience

  • Exhibition space at our race event careers fair

  • Coverage from Scotland to the Channel Islands

  • Diversity reporting on the students you reach

Then think about the footage. Kids seeing the finished kart for the first time. First laps at a test day. The National Finals. Your brand is in all of it, and none of it looks like an advert.

What's Available:
