Schools and industry want to work together, they just lack a simple, friction-free way to make it happen.
The STEM 100 campaign is created to be that link. We’re connecting 100 forward-thinking organisations directly with 100 local schools. Industry provides knowledge and support, schools run the programme, and we provide the vehicle.
For schools, it’s the high-octane, hands-on engineering resource they desperately need to engage learners. For industry partners, it’s structured CSR that actually delivers: a direct local talent pipeline, strong ROI social impact, and high-visibility marketing.
WHY
Are we running this campaign?
Schools want to deliver high-impact STEM, but one of three brick walls usually stop them in their tracks: budget, resource, or direct access to industry.
The STEM 100 smashes all three by putting one business behind one school for a single academic year.
What the school gets: Across 39 weeks, students aged 11 to 16 meet weekly to build a full-size racing kart, master the real physics and maths behind every component and race their build at the National Finals.
HOW
does STEM 100 work?
One ask. One year. One school. Organisations back a team through one of three practical ways:
1. Time & Mentoring: Put your technical staff in the workshop for hands-on build days, site visits, and term-time mentoring. Give students a direct line to real careers.
2. Resources & Transport: Supply a minibus or van to get the team and their kart to Test Days and the National Finals. A simple logistical fix for you; a total lifesaver for the school.
3. Kart Sponsorship: Fund the kart and put your company branding on the livery. Your logo sits front-and-center all season long; on track, at race events, and across every team photo.
