1. Eligibility
1.1. The Graphics Kit Design Competition (the "Competition") is open to all UK schools only. International schools are not eligible to win the prize.
1.2. All entries must be submitted by teachers/students currently enrolled at a UK educational institution.
1.3. Entries submitted after the published deadline will not be considered.
2. Entry Requirements
2.1. All entries must have permission from a teacher and all communications relating to the Competition must involve a teacher, either through direct email communication or by being cc'd on all correspondence.
2.2. By submitting an entry, participants confirm they have read and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2.3. Each entry must follow the design guidelines provided in the Graphics Kit Template.
3. Selection Process
3.1. The entries will be sifted to a top 10 shortlist, and then judged by a panel of BWT Alpine Formula One and STEM On Track staff.
3.2. All shortlisted entrants will be invited to attend the STEM On Track National Finals event.
4. Prize Acceptance and Conditions
4.1. By entering the Competition, participants agree that if they win, they will:

Accept the prize

Run the STEM On Track programme with students

Support and engage with reasonable media obligations, including but not limited to interviews, promotional videos, photography, social media content, and case study materials for use by STEM On Track and BWT Alpine Formula One Team
4.2. The prize will be provided free of charge, fully funded by BWT Alpine Formula One Team. Including the Kart-kit, platform license fee, race entry fees and graphics kit.
4.3. If the winning organisation accepts the prize but does not run the programme with students as agreed, STEM On Track reserves the right to:

Remove the equipment, or

Charge the organisation the full cost of the programme.
5. National Finals Attendance
5.1. The top 10 shortlisted entrants must be willing and able to attend the National Finals event for the prize giving ceremony.
5.2. Failure to attend the National Finals may result in disqualification.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1. All entries remain the intellectual property of the entrants.
6.2. By entering the Competition, entrants grant STEM On Track and BWT Alpine Formula One Team permission to use submitted designs for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, marketing materials, and event displays.
7. Data Protection
7.1. Personal data collected during the Competition will be processed in accordance with UK data protection legislation.
7.2. Information will be used solely for the purposes of administering the Competition and contacting winners.
8. Liability
8.1. STEM On Track and BWT Alpine Formula One Team accept no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, or cannot be delivered for technical reasons.
8.2. The organisers reserve the right to modify or terminate the Competition at any time if circumstances beyond their control make this necessary.
9. General
9.1. The organisers' decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
9.2. These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law, and participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
9.3. By entering the Competition, participants confirm they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
