WHAT
STEM On Track runs across a full academic year. 39 build modules and 39 learn modules, delivered week by week.
The build modules show students how to assemble their own racing kart, one component at a time. The learn modules teach the maths and science behind each of those component. Same concept, two ways in: do it with your hands, then understand how it works.
All of it maps to the KS3 and KS4 National Curriculum. Not "STEM-adjacent." Not enrichment that happens to mention science once. Actual curriculum points, tied to actual build tasks.

Curriculum alignment is important?
WHY
Ask what most STEM enrichment leaves behind and the honest answer is good memories and a few photos for the newsletter.
Nothing wrong with that. But it's a one-off. It sits apart from everything else you're teaching, and when budgets tighten it's the first to go.
We don’t compete with your timetable, we drive it. Every single session ticks off a real point in the KS3/KS4 curriculum. Fitting wheels = compound measures. Aligning chains = ratio. It's the core maths and science you already have to teach, just delivered differently.
That's also where the system is heading. The DfE's 2026 white paper makes enrichment an entitlement for every child, not a privilege for those who can pay, and it's explicit that the strongest opportunities are embedded in the curriculum, not bolted on after school. From September 2026, Ofsted's framework starts looking at enrichment too.
So curriculum-linked STEM isn't a nice-to-have any more. It's the direction of travel. We just got here early.
